Warranty

H. E. McGrew LLC warrants every new Cajunaire Aerobic Treatment Unit to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period not exceeding 24 months after initial installation. During the warranty period, if any component are found to be faulty, defective, or fails to perform as specified when operating at design conditions, and the equipment has been installed, operated, and maintained as specified in the written instructions supplied by H. E. McGrew LLC, H. E. McGrew LLC. will repair or replace at its sole discretion such defective parts – at no cost. Transportation and Shipment of defective components must be handled through an Cajunaire Authorized Representative OEM postage paid if requested by system owner. The cost of labor, shipment, and all other cost associated with replacement of defective components shall be borne by the owner. This warranty covers the Cajunaire Aerobic Treatment Unit only and in no way covers wiring to the system, circuit breakers, third party devices, plumbing to and from the system, or concrete products manufactured by third parties. This warranty does not cover components that have received damage from but not limited to; flooding, neglect, misuse, abandonment, pest or pets, heavy equipment, disassembly or service by unauthorized individuals, improper wiring, electrical and operational over load, and traffic by motor vehicles or livestock. H. E. McGrew LLC reserves the right to make modifications and changes without notice to components of the system or the system design without obligation to system owners. The Cajunaire Warranty supercedes all other warranties whether expressed or implied by any other third part individuals by law. Only H. E. McGrew LLC can amend to or make changes to this warranty. It is important to register your new Cajunaire Aerobic Treatment Unit. This will provide us with important information about your system and give us a way to track your installation in the event that we need to visit your unit.
