Recordkeeping
 

It is important to keep good tracking records on your installations, service, maintenance, and emergency service calls for future reference. At a minimum, you will need to have on file the following information at a minimum.

 

1. Address of installation

2. Name of installer

3. Contact information for the installer

4. Name of person(s) responsible for service

5. Contact information for the person responsible for service

6. Serial Number

7. Date of initial installation

8. Service records (according to your state requirements)

 

If you have this information, we can extend the initial two year warranty period from the date of installation.
